Automated Intervention

Prevent site incidents in real time

Turn your RTSP camera feeds into an agentic safety engineer. The system detects hazards, understands site context, and triggers automated alerts before incidents happen.

From Perception to Intervention

Legacy systems just record. We act. By combining YOLO detection with a LangGraph context engine, false alarms drop and interventions happen at the right time.

Cloud Infrastructure

No new hardware required. We run inference on AWS GPU instances (g4dn/g5), allowing us to scale instantly without installing local servers.

Context Engine

Policies depend on zone and activity state. A helmet off in a break area is ignored; on the active floor, it escalates to a warning.

Automated Triggers

We don't just log rows. Our API triggers existing site infrastructure—like IP speakers, strobe lights, or PLC-connected machinery—to act when critical risks are verified.

Universal Compatibility

Plug & Play Intelligence

Connect Aegis to your existing camera system via standard protocols. We process the stream, you get the safety alerts—no new hardware required.

No hardware swap, minimal disruption
Deploy without stopping operations.
Universal RTSP Support
Connects to Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, & more via standard RTSP/ONVIF feeds.
Secure Tunneling
End-to-end encrypted video processing.
Works with RTSP/ONVIF cameras, including:

What we detect

Start with the highest-frequency, highest-severity hazards. Expand with site-specific policies and fine-tuning.

PPE compliance
Real-time verification of helmets, vests, and harnesses across all cameras.
People & Vehicles
Collision risk tracking between workers and heavy equipment/forklifts.
Fire & Smoke Hazards
Visual detection of environmental hazards like smoke or fire before sensors trip.
Zone-Based Rules
Geofenced alerts for red zones, fall edges, and restricted access areas.
Multimodal Context
LLM-based reasoning to understand activity state rather than just detecting objects.
Instant Intervention
Triggers active audio warnings or strobes immediately when risks are verified.
Moat

Low false positives by design

Safety teams turn systems off when alerts are noisy. Context and review workflows keep alarms trustworthy.

Context-aware policy graph
Instead of firing on a single frame, the system evaluates: zones, trajectories, activity state, and role assumptions. This is where you win: fewer false alarms, more trust.
EXAMPLES
No helmet in break area: Ignore
No helmet on active floor: Alert
Forklift reversing near pedestrian: Critical
Review queue & feedback loop
Borderline events are queued for quick review instead of blasting workers. Over time, those labels tune policies.
Escalation tiers (warn to critical)
Clip & timeline for every event
Suppress repeated alerts (cooldowns)
Site-specific tuning in days, not months
Get started

Pilot in weeks, not quarters

Start with a small number of cameras, tune policies, then scale across the site once alerts are trusted.

Pilot timeline
2–3 weeks typical
Connect cameras
Week 0
RTSP ingest on 2–6 cameras. We validate viewpoints and lighting.
Define zones & policies
Week 1
Draw red zones, set PPE rules, tune thresholds for your workflow.
Go live with interventions
Week 2
Audio warnings, event logging, and the review queue are active.
Requirements
Existing CCTV with RTSP access (Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, etc.)
No local hardware needed (we run on AWS Cloud)
One site champion for policy tuning (safety lead or ops)
Optional: Connection to existing IP audio/siren systems
Commercial model
Pilot pricing is typically per camera per month. We start small (2–6 cameras) to prove value and tune out false positives before scaling site-wide.
Outcomes

The Full Loop

From instant intervention to long-term compliance.

Fast Loop

Instant Intervention

The moment a rule is broken, the site manager gets the clip. No logging in, no searching—just a verified push notification.

Slow Loop

Compliance Automation

Simultaneously, an LLM generates a formal incident report with reasoning and timestamps, ready for your safety audit.

Automated Incident Report
Generated by Aegis LLM • 12:45 PM

"Worker with yellow helmet repeatedly entered the machinery zone without a vest between 14:02 and 14:05.

Reasoning
Duration of exposure was 180s, exceeding the safety threshold (15s). Context indicates active machinery usage during this window.
FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers for operations, safety, and deployment teams.

How is AEGIS different from traditional AI camera safety systems?
Traditional systems detect objects and send alerts. AEGIS understands risk. Instead of reacting to a single frame, it evaluates context over time—including zones, movement, proximity, and activity state—so interventions happen only when there is real safety risk.
Does AEGIS only send alerts, or can it actively prevent incidents?
AEGIS is designed to actively prevent incidents. When a verified risk is detected, it can trigger voice warnings, strobe lights, alarms, or API-based actions through your existing site infrastructure. Alerts are optional; real-time intervention is the primary outcome.
Do we need to install new cameras or hardware?
No. AEGIS works with existing RTSP and ONVIF cameras and runs entirely on cloud GPUs. There is no on-site server, no edge device, and no disruption to operations during deployment.
How does AEGIS reduce false positives and alert fatigue?
AEGIS uses context-aware policies instead of frame-based triggers. It considers where the activity is happening, how long the risk persists, and whether the activity is expected in that area. Borderline events are queued for review instead of triggering alarms, keeping alerts meaningful and trusted.
How quickly can we get started and see value?
Most customers are live within two to three weeks. Camera connection happens first, followed by zone and policy setup. Live interventions are enabled once alerts are trusted. Many sites see measurable reductions in near-miss incidents within the first few weeks.
